September 6, 2021 – Briefmarke 4.0
Liechtenstein Post has issued a new generation of crypto stamps with a SQR code that can be scanned with a smartphone (Android & iOS). This special edition of the Crypto Stamp is imperforate and has 3D holographic printing on the sheet and is limited to 3200 copies with a face value of  CHF60.00.
 
The app for Stamp 4.0 enables users to verify the stamps and check whether they are genuine. Through this check, the stamp is uniquely assigned to its owner and can be deposited in a personal data room (Blockchain technology). The crypto stamp is valid for postage, forgery-proof and interactive.
Using the Android App to scan the QR code one can solve all the puzzles and can deposit the nft Character in the Blockchain.
 
There are 4  nft characters to be assigned to your crypto stamp
This innovative postage stamp was awarded the ‘Runner-Up Prize’ at the PostEurop Innovation Award 2021.

June 7, 2022 – In memoriam of Princess Jurstin Marie

In addition to the special block, an exclusive special edition will be issued, as a crypto stamp with blockchain technology, in which the viewer can learn even more about the life and work of the Princess. The special edition “I.D. Princess Marie” (retail price CHF 80.00) is issued in a noble folder with high and foil embossing. The stamp block, finished in metallic copper colours, is embedded in fine velvet and shows the coat of arms of the Principality and her initial “M” alongside the portrait of the Mother of the Nation.

September 4, 2023 – Unity 4.2

In spring 2023, Liechtenstein and Switzerland celebrated the 100th anniversary of the joint customs treaty. The associated “unity” (value CHF 9.00) is also the theme of our latest crypto stamp. The stamp 4.2 based on blockchain technology addresses the relationship between the principality and its neighboring country Switzerland.

Scanning the special stamp using its own app (stamp 4.1), which is now also available for iOS, leads to interesting information, stories and game options about the relationship between the two neighboring countries. Owners of the new stamp 4.2 will learn, among other things, what the annual duck race on Swiss National Day is all about, how 80 Liechtenstein soldiers went to war in 1861 and 81 men returned, or how Prince Franz Josef II used diplomacy to ensure that Liechtenstein was spared the horrors of the Second World War.
